Business Page
Your hosted site — live in minutes, no website needed
Every Widgetfied account gets a hosted business page at widgetfied.com/biz/your-name. It includes booking, payments, a customer portal, blog, gallery, reviews, and a built-in admin dashboard with KPIs. This guide walks you through setting it up.
Quick Start
Open the editor
Go to Dashboard → Business Page. This is your page builder.
Set your slug
Choose a URL like widgetfied.com/biz/your-business-name. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only.
Add your info
Fill in your tagline, about section, and hero image. These show at the top of your page.
Toggle Publish
Flip the Publish toggle at the top. Your page is now live and accessible to anyone with the link.
Editor Tabs
The business page editor has 7 tabs. Here's what each one controls.
Page
- Slug — your page URL (widgetfied.com/biz/your-slug)
- Tagline — one-liner shown below your name in the hero
- About — longer description shown on the Home tab
- Hero Image — background image for the top of your page (URL)
- Logo URL — your business logo, with separate toggles for header and footer display
- Display Name — override the name shown on the page (leave empty to hide it)
Tabs
- Add, remove, and reorder the tabs visitors see (Home, Book & Pay, Customer Portal, etc.)
- Assign widgets to each tab — booking, estimates, payments, cart, portal, router, data miner
- Set display mode per widget — button (opens modal) or inline (embedded on page)
- Choose a layout per tab — Classic (vertical stack), Showcase (visual/gallery-forward), Compact (two-column dense)
Header

Sections
- Toggle each section on/off: About, Services, Gallery, Reviews, Call to Action, Links

The Admin Panel
Once your page is published, there's a small "Admin" button in the footer. Tap it to access your on-page admin dashboard.
How to access
- 1Click the Admin button in the footer of your published page
- 2Enter the username and password you set in the Admin tab
- 3If you set up SMS 2FA, a verification code is sent to your phone
- 4After login, you're in the admin dashboard — session lasts 5 minutes, with a 60-second warning before expiry
KPI Overview
Live business metrics — customers, bookings, estimates, orders, and sales volume. Expandable cards with drill-down data and links to your Google Sheets.
Blog Editor
Write and manage blog posts with a rich text editor. Add images, format text, publish/unpublish posts. Last 3 published posts appear on your page as a card slider.
Data Miner
Run the Data Miner widget directly from your admin panel. Mine leads, enrich data, and generate AI campaign briefs — all without leaving your business page.
Genius Router
Plan and optimize multi-stop routes from your admin panel. Import stops, set time windows, and track drivers in real time.
Built-in SEO
Your business page comes with SEO baked in — no plugins or extra setup.
- Page title and meta description generated from your name, tagline, and about text
- Open Graph and Twitter Card tags for clean sharing on social media
- Canonical URL to prevent duplicate content issues
- LocalBusiness structured data (JSON-LD) with your name, phone, email, services, and reviews
- Blog posts are crawlable by search engines (rendered in the page DOM)
- Your page is automatically included in the sitemap at widgetfied.com/sitemap.xml
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for visitor tracking when configured
Tips for a Great Page
Fill in your About section
This becomes your meta description for search engines. A blank About means a generic description.
Add a tagline
It shows in the hero and becomes part of your page title in search results.
Upload a hero image
Pages with a hero image look significantly more professional and get used as the Open Graph image when shared.
Add at least 3 reviews
Reviews generate an aggregate rating in your structured data, which can show star ratings in Google search results.
Write 2-3 blog posts
Blog content makes your page content-rich for SEO and shows visitors your business is active.
Set up admin credentials
Without them, you can't access the admin dashboard on your published page — no KPIs, no blog editor, no Data Miner.
