We ran the Data Miner search for car owners in the 80202-80212 ZIP range — and the results changed how we market.

Your Cities Premier Mobile Auto Detailing Since 2015

Our story and what makes us different.

We started in 2015 with one van, a pressure washer

1 simple belief: your car - showroom-ready without leaving your driveway.

Ten years later, we've detailed over 12,000 vehicles across the Denver metro area. We've worked on everything from daily drivers to six-figure exotics, and every single one gets the same level of care.

What We Do Differently

Most detailing shops make you drop off your car and wait. We come to you — your home, your office, wherever your vehicle is. Our fully equipped vans carry everything we need for a complete interior and exterior detail.

Every detail includes:

  • Full exterior hand wash and clay bar treatment

  • Machine polish and paint correction

  • Ceramic coating or wax protection

  • Complete interior deep clean and conditioning

  • Engine bay cleaning on request

Why Clients Stay With Us

We don't do coupons or bait-and-switch pricing. What you see is what you pay. Our clients come back because the work speaks for itself — and because we actually show up on time.

Book your detail right here on our page, or send us a message. We typically respond within the hour.

How We Landed 6 New Clients in 2 Weeks With Data Mining

We ran the Data Miner search for car owners in the 80202-80212 ZIP range — and the results changed how we market.

Saved the headache of another marketing agency

We'd just come off a $60K marketing agency engagement that produced glossy media and zero new customers.

When we first signed up for Widgetfied, we were skeptical. We'd just come off a $60K marketing agency engagement that produced glossy brochures and zero new customers. Another tool promising "leads" felt like more of the same.

We decided to try the Data Miner widget anyway. Free tier, nothing to lose.

The Search

We ran one search: "vehicle owners, age 30-55, income $75K+, Denver metro 80202-80210." The Data Miner pulled 47 enriched records in about 90 seconds. Each one came back with ZIP-level census data — median income, homeownership rate, commute patterns — plus a competitive analysis showing 8 detailers in the area averaging 3.9 stars.

The AI campaign brief it generated was the part that surprised us. It didn't just say "post on Instagram." It gave us specific messaging angles based on the income data, recommended channels ranked by expected ROI, and even drafted outreach sequences we could customize.

What We Did With It

We took the top 20 records, cross-referenced them with our service area, and sent personalized outreach to each one. Nothing fancy — just a short message mentioning we're local, mobile, and offering a first-detail discount.

Within the first week, 4 people booked through our page. By the end of week two, we had 6 new recurring clients. Two of them signed up for monthly detail packages.

The Math

Those 6 clients represent roughly 2,400/month in recurring revenue. The Data Miner session was free (included in our plan). The agency wanted 3k-5K just for an "action plan" that didn't include actual leads.

What We'd Tell Other Detailers

Stop paying for leads lists. Stop paying agencies to tell you what you already know. Run the Data Miner, look at the numbers it gives you, follow the AI brief. The data is real — census-verified, competitor-mapped, and scored for your industry. We've run 3 more sessions since then and every one has converted.

If you're a detailer wondering whether this works — it does.

Your Customers Can Track Their Own Jobs — Here's How the Portal Works

Give Customers a self-service portal to interact with their service requests.

The Customer Portal exists everywhere else, why not here...

Ever had a customer call you 3+ times in one day?

If you've ever had a customer call you three times in one day asking "is my car ready?" or "did you get my payment?" — the Customer Portal exists to eliminate that.

It's a self-service page your customers access directly from your business page. They don't need to download an app, create an account, or remember a password. They look up their job with a reference number and see everything in real time.

What Your Customers See

When a customer opens the portal, they get a clean view of their active and past jobs. Each job shows:

  • Current status (booked, in progress, completed, paid)

  • The estimate or quote you sent them

  • Any photos or documents you've uploaded

  • Payment history and outstanding balances

  • A direct link to make a payment if one is due

They can check this at 2 AM without texting you. That's the point.

What This Means for Your Operations

Every "what's my status?" call is 3-5 minutes of your day. If you have 10 active jobs, that's 30-50 minutes of interruptions daily — time you could spend on actual work.

The portal handles that automatically. When you update a job status in your dashboard, the customer sees it immediately. When a payment clears, it shows up on their end. When you upload a completion photo, they get it.

You're not building a customer service team. You're letting the system do it for you.

How It's Different From Other Portals

Most "customer portals" are really just login walls in front of a CRM. They require your customers to create accounts, verify emails, and navigate a dashboard designed for the business owner, not the customer.

This portal is the opposite. No account creation. No login. Just a reference number lookup on your business page. The customer sees only what's relevant to them — their jobs, their payments, their documents. Nothing else.

It's embedded directly into your page as a widget. It matches your branding. It works on mobile. And it's included in the free plan.

Try It

Head to the Customer Portal tab on this page and look up any reference number. That's what your customers experience. If you want to see the admin side — managing jobs, updating statuses, uploading documents — sign in to your dashboard.
