Data Miner Widget

Lead Discovery

A data mining and lead qualification system that aggregates contacts from commercial databases, enriches them with verified federal census and mortgage data, scores against industry-specific criteria, and exports qualified leads to Google Sheets.

Multi-Source Discovery

Aggregates leads from commercial contact databases and web scraping — deduplicated into one clean, normalized list.

Government Data Enrichment

Enriches every lead with verified US Census income data and CFPB mortgage records — the same sources market research firms use.

Mine & Filter Workflows

Two paths: Mine discovers new leads in any area, Filter qualifies a list you already have. Both score against industry-specific criteria.

Campaign-Ready Export

Exports to Google Sheets — 17-column raw data or 34-column qualified profiles with AI-generated campaign briefs.

Embed Code

<!-- Data Miner Widget -->
<div id="lead-miner-widget"
  data-widget="leadMiner"
  data-tenant="YOUR_TENANT_ID"
  data-container="lead-miner-widget"
  data-display-mode="button">
</div>

<!-- Load widgets (single script for all widgets) -->
<script type="module"
  src="https://cdn.widgetfied.com/portal.js">
</script>

Replace YOUR_TENANT_ID with your actual tenant ID. The widget appears as a "Mine Leads" button by default. Use data-display-mode="inline" for embedded mode.

How It Works

1

Choose Your Workflow

Select Mine to discover new leads in any geographic area, or Filter to qualify and score a list you already have.

2

Configure Your Search

Set your target industry, location, and radius. The widget searches across multiple commercial contact databases and web sources simultaneously.

3

Enrich & Score

Every lead is enriched with verified federal data — US Census ACS income demographics and CFPB HMDA mortgage activity. Each lead is scored with industry-specific criteria, confidence intervals, and sample size calculations.

4

Export & Activate

Qualified leads export to Google Sheets with full demographic profiles. Growth plans and above also generate an AI campaign brief — targeting recommendations, messaging angles, and audience profiles ready for outreach.

What You Actually Get

Example: A massage therapist in Denver searches "professionals age 30-55, health-conscious, affluent neighborhoods"

Input: 10 leads from commercial databases (LinkedIn, Instagram, Yelp Business profiles)

Audience Intelligence

"Your target market has a median income of $82K, median age 36, with 28-minute average commutes (stress indicator). 62% dual-income households = time-starved professionals who outsource wellness."

Channel Recommendation

"Primary: Instagram (3 of 10 leads found there, visual industry). Secondary: Google Local (low market saturation = easy ranking). Tertiary: Email (70% coverage rate)."

Competitive Positioning

"8 competitors averaging 3.9★. 40% at $$, 30% at $$$. Room for premium positioning — differentiate on [specific angles from your data]."

Outreach Sequences

"4 hot leads (score 75+): aggressive 5-touch sequence. 3 warm leads: nurture with wellness content. Time campaigns for post-work hours (28-min commute = 5:30-7pm arrival)."

Landing Page Direction

"Hero headline targeting $82K income demographic. Benefit blocks backed by Census data + competitor gaps. CTA timed to seasonal demand signals."

This is what agencies charge $2,000-$5,000 to produce. The Data Miner generates it from your actual enriched data.

What the Data Miner Is (and Isn't)

It IS

A data mining and lead qualification system that synthesizes commercial and public data into scored, campaign-ready profiles

It is NOT

A CRM — it discovers and qualifies leads, it doesn't manage ongoing relationships

It is NOT

A background check service — it uses public/commercial data only, no credit reports or FCRA-regulated data

Note

The government data (Census ACS, CFPB HMDA) is public record. The value is in the synthesis, scoring, and structured output — not the raw data itself

Best Practices

Start With Mine, Then Filter

Run a Mine session first to discover leads in your area. Then use Filter on the results to narrow down your top prospects with tighter criteria.

Use Specific Locations

Narrow your search radius for higher-quality leads. A 5-mile radius in a dense metro area will return more targeted results than a 50-mile sweep.

Review Confidence Scores

The scoring engine includes confidence intervals. Leads with higher confidence and larger sample sizes are more reliable — prioritize those for outreach.

Leverage the AI Campaign Brief

The AI brief analyzes your actual lead data to generate targeting and messaging recommendations. Use it as a starting point for email campaigns, ads, or direct outreach.

Troubleshooting

Mining session returns few or no results
  • Widen your search radius — some areas have sparse commercial data coverage
  • Try a broader industry category
  • Verify your location is within the United States (census data is US-only)
  • Check that your mining session quota hasn't been reached for the month
Leads not exporting to Google Sheets
  • Verify the Leads Spreadsheet ID is configured in Settings
  • Ensure the service account has write access to the spreadsheet
  • Check that the spreadsheet hasn't exceeded Google's row limit (10 million cells)
Census enrichment data showing as empty
  • Census data is resolved by geographic area — if the lead's address couldn't be geocoded, enrichment may fail
  • Some rural census tracts have suppressed data for privacy — this is normal
  • Scale plan or above is required for full census enrichment
AI campaign brief not generating
  • AI campaign briefs require a Growth plan or above
  • Ensure you have at least 5 qualified leads in the session — the AI needs enough data to generate meaningful recommendations
  • Check your AI credits balance in the dashboard
